The equipment that we use:
CNC-M1 numerically controlled milling machine with the following parameters:- X-axis – the machine tool table travelling in the bed in the range: 430 mm;
- Y-axis – milling support placed on the beam and travelling in the range: 300 mm;
- Z-axis – spindle slider with extension: 170 mm;
- Maximum dimensions of the workpiece: X - 380 mm, Y- 250 mm, Z - 150 mm;
- Spindle power rating: P = 1.8 kW;
- Spindle speed: n = 2,500–23,500 rpm;
- Tool holder: Ø = 3 - 10 mm;
- Tool cooling: moist;
- Accuracy: 0.05 mm.
