- Modification of universal enclosures – We perform precise milling of holes for connectors, displays, LEDs and ventilation in catalogue enclosures (e.g. Kradex, Maszczyk, Hammond). We eliminate the risk of damage that often accompanies manual processing.
- Front panel milling – We create aesthetic fronts from aluminium and plastics, perfectly matched to the dimensions of your device.
- Production of mechanical parts – We manufacture spacers, heat sinks, mounting elements and brackets necessary for stable mounting of electronics.
- Laser marking – We will describe and mark your enclosures in an aesthetic manner, according to your design or our proposal.
Technologies and materials
We work with modern machining centres that guarantee high dimensional accuracy and excellent edge quality. Our machine park is optimised for small-batch (prototypes) and medium-batch production.
We process the following materials:
- Plastics: ABS, polycarbonate (PC), PMMA (Plexiglas), polyamide.
- Non-ferrous metals: Aluminium (including anodised aluminium), Copper, Brass.
Owing to the integration of the CNC department with the electronics assembly line (EMS), we are able to verify the fit of the housing to the PCB on an ongoing basis, which eliminates assembly errors already at the production stage.
