Design for Manufacturing (DFM) – We design to manufacture
Many designers create great devices that turn out to be expensive or difficult to assemble. We know how to avoid this mistake. As an EMS company with our own machine park, we design according to DFM (Design for Manufacturing) principles.

From diagram to code – a full range of skills
Our team of engineers combines hardware and software expertise to provide the complete ‘heart’ and ‘brain’ of your device.
Hardware:
- Development of concepts and schematic diagrams.
- Design of printed circuit boards (PCBs) – multilayer and HDI.
- Adaptation of the design to the enclosure.
- Modernisation and redesign of older devices (e.g. transition from THT to SMT technology).
- Prototyping and functional testing.

Software:

What does the design process look like?
Needs analysis – We learn about your requirements, budget, and target audience for the product.
Concept and pricing – We propose technical solutions and estimate the costs of the bill of materials (BOM).
Project implementation – We create schematics, PCB routing and write code. We keep you updated on the progress on an ongoing basis.
Prototyp – We produce a fully functional model that you can test. Also go to SMT surface mount.
Documentation – You receive complete working documentation necessary for serial production.
Your intellectual property is secure
We understand how valuable your idea is. We base our cooperation on clear rules and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). After the project is completed and settled, full copyrights are transferred to you, and source documentation becomes your property. We build relationships based on trust and transparency.
