Programmable digital output module

The programmable digital output module is another component of the educational visualization and measurement data collection system. It is an executive module, introducing interactions between the measured quantities and executive elements such as motors, relays, valves, etc. Along with the design of the hardware part, we created an interpreter of a dedicated scripting language to handle the entire system.

Scope of design and implementation work performed by Siltegro:

Preparing the concept of device operation, developing the schematic diagram and PCB design, developing firmware, performing the prototype series, pre-compliance testing, preparing a full package of production documentation, developing the syntax of the scripting language, creating the scripting language interpreter, preparing the description of the programming language and a set of example programs, preparing the technical description and user manual for the finished module.

Scope of manufacturing work performed by Siltegro:

Delivery of a set of components (PCB, electronic components, enclosure), package assembly (SMT and THT), final assembly, testing, packaging of the finished module.
