Measurement system based on GSM communication

The designed device acts as a system for remote mass measurement and reporting. During the design process, in addition to the requirements of ensuring high accuracy and repeatability of measurement, great emphasis was placed on reducing energy consumption. A set of six AA-type alkaline batteries provides six months of uninterrupted system operation.

Scope of design and implementation work performed by Siltegro:

Preparing a detailed concept of system operation, conducting a feasibility study, developing a schematic diagram, PCB design and making construction drawings for the finished device, developing firmware, making a prototype series, performing pre-compliance tests, testing for CE certification, preparing a full package of production documentation, preparing a technical description and user manual.

Scope of manufacturing work performed by Siltegro:

Delivery of a set of components (PCBs, electronic components, enclosure, mechanical components), package assembly (SMT and THT), programming, testing, CNC machining of the enclosure, final assembly of the entire device, testing, packaging of the finished product, warranty and post-warranty service.
