The module was developed in response to a client’s demand for a compact, space-saving device with a specific set of inputs and outputs needed in a mass-produced device. In addition, a required feature was the module’s operation in autonomous mode, triggered when communication with the master is lost.

Scope of design and implementation work performed by Siltegro:

Preparing the operation concept of the module, developing the schematic diagram and PCB design, developing the 3D model of the finished device, developing firmware, developing the tool software, making the prototype series, pre-compliance tests, preparing the full production documentation package, preparing the technical description and implementation manual.

Scope of manufacturing work performed by Siltegro:

Delivery of a set of components (PCB, electronic components, enclosure), package assembly (SMT and THT), laser description of connectors and enclosure, final assembly, programming, testing, packaging of the finished module.
