Electrocardiograph (ECG)

The electrocardiograph was designed as a non-medical device; however, with an advanced front-end ECG-type circuit. An additional design requirement was to ensure ultra-low power consumption; hence the choice of Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology for the communication of the device with the control application.

Scope of design and implementation work performed by Siltegro:

Preparing the concept of operation of the finished device, developing the schematic diagram and PCB design, preparing the communication protocol, developing firmware, developing tool software (tests, firmware update), making the prototype series, pre-compliance tests, preparing a full package of production documentation, preparing the technical description and implementation manual.

Scope of manufacturing work performed by Siltegro:

Delivery of a set of components (PCB, electronic components, enclosure), package assembly (SMT and THT), CNC machining of the enclosure, final assembly, programming, testing, packaging of the finished device.
