The controller was designed and manufactured as part of a comprehensive service to a client who came in with an idea for a finished product, yet without providing any specific guidelines. The design order was therefore preceded by market research and the preparation of a preliminary concept of operation for the finished device.
Scope of design and implementation work performed by Siltegro:
Preparing a detailed concept of the controller’s operation, conducting a feasibility study, developing a schematic diagram and PCB design, developing a 3D model of the controller, developing firmware, making a prototype series, performing pre-compliance tests, performing tests for CE certification, preparing a full package of production documentation, preparing a technical description and user manual.
Scope of manufacturing work performed by Siltegro:
Delivery of a set of components (PCB, electronic components, enclosure), package assembly (SMT and THT), programming, testing, final assembly involving installation of the controller in the finished product, testing, packaging of the finished product.
