This is another project heavily focused on mass production, one of those projects where the abandonment of a single – even the cheapest – component generates significant savings. In the course of implementation, the client expanded the scope of the commissioned work to include the design of the antenna which they had originally planned to design themselves.

Scope of design and implementation work performed by Siltegro:

Developing a schematic diagram and PCB design, testing and performing several iterations of the prototype series, pre-compliance testing, testing for CE certification, preparing a full package of production documentation, designing the antenna.

Scope of manufacturing work performed by Siltegro:

Delivery of a set of components (PCB, electronic components), assembly of SMT components, testing, packaging of the finished module.
