Functionality
The device stays in standby mode at all times, minimizing power consumption. Detection of vibrations of sufficient amplitude wakes the module, which then starts recording the amplitude value and the time of the event. The collected data is transmitted to a host device, where a detailed analysis of the collected data is performed. Design and implementation work performed by Siltegro: Schematic design and PCB design, communication protocol preparation, firmware development, tool software development (testing, firmware updates), prototype series production, pre-compliance tests, preparation of a complete production documentation package, preparation of the technical description and implementation instructions. Production work performed by Siltegro: Supply of the complete component set (PCB, electronic components, enclosure), package assembly (SMT and THT), CNC machining of the enclosure, final assembly, programming, testing, packaging of the finished device.
