Series electronics production is our main specialty. We handle orders from 100 pieces upwards. Every series order is preceded by a DFM stage, in which we verify the design for manufacturability and optimize the BOM before starting the line.
On the production floor we have two SMT and THT assembly lines, including Hanwha pick&place machines, reflow ovens and through-hole assembly stations. AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection) is carried out at an offline station — every board is inspected after soldering, not just sampled. For projects requiring extra confidence we offer X-Ray inspection.
Production runs per IPC-A-610 · IPC 7711/7721 across the whole line. Siltegro holds a current IPC-A-610 · IPC 7711/7721 certificate, and the operator team is trained to its current version.
What is included in a series production order?
Component procurement
We order and verify components according to the supplied BOM. Components are stored in monitored warehouse conditions — temperature and humidity control — with no risk of degradation before production starts.
SMT assembly
Surface mount assembly covers automatic solder paste application, SMD placement by pick&place and reflow soldering. We handle 0201, BGA, QFN and other fine-pitch components.
THT assembly
Through-hole assembly — manual and selective. Through-hole components, connectors and high-power parts assembled as per the technical specification.
AOI and X-ray inspection
Every board is inspected by AOI offline. X-Ray inspection for BGA components and packages hidden under the housing — optional or standard for the project on request.
Functional tests
Electrical PCBA tests: ICT (In-Circuit Test) or functional tests as per the client's specification. The test report is attached to the order documentation.
Traceability and documentation
Every production batch is marked with a unique ID. Full traceability: from component intake to delivery of finished products — the history of every component is available at every stage. Documentation stored for up to 10 years.
Delivery
Packaging to the client's or distributor's requirements. Partial deliveries possible during the series — no need to wait for the whole volume to be completed.

Monitored storage conditions
Components awaiting production are stored in controlled conditions — temperature and relative humidity control. No surprises caused by improper material storage.
