CNC machining of electronic housings — milling, turning, 3D printing and front panels
We design and produce housings, heat sinks and mechanical parts for electronics. 3- and 5-axis CNC machining from aluminium, stainless steel and engineering plastics. Custom front panels. 3D printing of enclosure prototypes from antistatic ESD filament. One supplier for the board, the housing and the front panel.

Most EMS companies focus exclusively on electronic assembly. Siltegro offers something rarer: its own mechanical department with CNC machining, producing housings, heat sinks and accessory parts for the same devices we assemble electrically.
For the client this means one thing: one supplier for the whole device — from PCB through the housing to the front panel. No friction between suppliers, no delays at the boundaries of responsibility, no risk of dimensional mismatch between PCBA and the enclosure.
The CNC department works on the same floor as the assembly line. A project can move between departments without logistical delays.
What does CNC machining at Siltegro cover?
Milling of electronics housings
Milling housings from aluminium, stainless steel and engineering plastics. Holes for connectors, ventilation, displays and buttons — both in housings produced from scratch and in ready catalogue housings (Kradex, Maszczyk, Hammond and others). Pockets for PCBA and heat sinks. Accuracy up to 0.05 mm.
Modification of catalogue housings
Milling holes and sockets in standard catalogue housings eliminates the risk of damage from manual machining and ensures repeatability between units. The client supplies the housing or we select it together — we modify it to the project's requirements.
Turning of rotary parts
Turning of shafts, flanges, sleeves and cylindrical parts. Materials: aluminium, steel, brass, engineering plastics.
Heat sink machining
Milling and pocketing of aluminium heat sinks — individual geometries for specific power circuits and thermal requirements. Anodizing and other surface finishes on request.
Laser marking
Describing and marking housings with a laser: serial numbers, logos, technical markings, QR codes. Marking per a design supplied by the client or developed by our team.
Custom front panels
Front panel overlays as a housing complement: digital printing on polycarbonate or polyester film, button embossing, touch windows, display cut-outs. Graphic design based on the supplied specification or done at Siltegro.
3D printing of enclosure prototypes
A unique capability in Polish EMS: 3D printing of enclosure and mechanical part prototypes from antistatic ESD filament. Ideal for quickly testing enclosure geometry before ordering an injection mould or series milling. Materials: PLA ESD, ABS ESD, PETG ESD.
3D printing with ESD filament — a unique niche in EMS
Standard 3D printing filament (PLA, ABS) is electrically insulating — it can accumulate electrostatic charge and damage electronics during assembly or testing. ESD filament (electrostatic discharge) has a modified surface resistivity that dissipates electrostatic charges without sparking.
What this means in practice: housings and fixtures printed from ESD filament can safely touch PCB boards during assembly, testing and transport. ESD protection in production is not only mats and wrist straps — the material of the fixtures, cassettes and housings touching the PCBA matters too. ESD filament in 3D printing is a natural part of that system.
Siltegro is one of the few EMS companies in Poland offering 3D printing with ESD filament combined with electronic assembly. The client receives an ESD-safe enclosure prototype and PCBA from one supplier — ready for functional testing in full configuration.
Who is CNC machining at Siltegro for?
Companies that assemble electronics and need a housing
If you order PCBA assembly at Siltegro, you can order the housing from the same supplier. One point of responsibility for the whole product.
Startups testing enclosure geometry
3D printing with ESD filament allows you to validate enclosure geometry before costly milling or ordering a mould. An enclosure prototype in days, not weeks.
Medical and industrial companies
Components for medical and industrial devices often require non-standard geometries and tight tolerances. 5-axis CNC machining handles complex shapes.
Manufacturers looking for a front panel supplier
Front panels as a separate service — design, printing and lamination. Order with electronics or separately.
What sets us apart in CNC machining?
3D printing with ESD filament — an absolute niche
In Polish EMS there are practically no companies combining electronic assembly with 3D printing from ESD filament under one roof. A unique capability for clients testing new products.
CNC and EMS on one floor
The mechanical department and the electronics line work together. PCBA and the housing can be assembled together immediately after both processes finish — without extra logistics.
Front panels as a one-stop-shop
Electronics, housing and front panel from one supplier. Siltegro produces all three elements — the client receives a complete device.
Accuracy up to 0.05 mm
Precision machining for demanding applications: medical devices, industrial electronics, optical systems.
