Information for natural persons on the processing of their personal data

We hereby inform you that the Data Controller, SILTEGRO sp. z o. o. sp. k., carries out the processing of your personal data.

This is to inform you that:

    1. The purpose of processing your personal data is to perform your order/ contract/ agreement.
    2. Your personal data will be made available to our Processors in order to settle the completed order/ contract/ agreement.
    3. Your personal data are processed on the following legal basis: Article 23(1)(1) of the Polish Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018 (consent to the processing of personal data).
    4. Your personal data must be provided in order to perform the order/ contract/ agreement. If you refuse to provide your personal data to the Data Controller, entering into a contract/ agreement and its subsequent performance are impossible.
    5. In connection with the processing of your personal data by the Data Controller you have the right to request from the Data Controller access to your personal data, their rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, to object to the processing and portability of data, lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office) and revoke your consent to the processing of personal data at each stage of the process.
    6. Your personal data will not be processed using automated decision-making systems, including profiling.

The collected personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract/ agreement and 5 years after its completion, in view of the legal obligation to store the documentation for the purpose of a potential tax audit.
